Add initial blog and sample articles #133

Add an initial markdown based Blog with a few example article drafts.

Add a workflow to generate a github pages post for the blog.

Does the _site folder need to be checked in? I'm okay with it, but I got the impression that it will be regenerated during CI/deployment

I believe it needs to exist, as it is the "built" content of the site. The pipeline is supposed to build it via the actions, so I'll merge this so that we can action our way to a blog.
