Rebuild Beast-06

Get Beast-06 up and running and 'stable'. Beast-06 being the primary local metal server with our main GPU hardware installed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] beast-06 is up and running
• [ ] has cloud-hypervisor installed
• [ ] has ability to spin up a Debian 12 VM and map one or more GPUs to the VM
