Hello,
I play this mod with EET as Drow (50% magic resistance) and when I summon my familiar I found that I gained 2% every 10 seconds up to 125%. From what I read it's a bug that has been reported since 2018 on the page https://www.gibberlings3.net/forums/topic/23874-wtp-familiars-revised-find-familiar-spell
