Add More Info On Core Concepts Page #995

It seems to me like the getting started guide just completely stops halfway through explaining how to get started...

This is the last page of the "Getting Started" guide: https://artillery.io/docs/guides/getting-started/core-concepts.html

there is no mention of what "keywords.csv" looks like
there is no mention of where the "results" are defined
there is no link to a full repo

It would be great to have these things so that myself and everyone else are not super confused.

Some new things I'm thinking- can we please add an example of loading variable data from a json / js file?

Also, what this person asked: https://github.com/artilleryio/artillery/issues/872

I'm not really seeing anything in the thread linked to there
