Part of #31

Fixed file for generation script
Added path in archives to benchmarks.json as not all archives have flat structure
Checked validity of existing data by md5sum

@genryxy I'd suggest to properly archive (without sub directories) benchmark data instead of adding extra parameters. May be you could discuss it with @g4s8 ?

@olenagerasimova yeah, we discussed yesterday and decided to add temporarily parameter because archives are loading very slowly to storage. And gradually this parameter could be eliminated by uploading new data when it would be necessary
