https://pkgs.tailscale.com/stable/opensuse/leap/15.6/repo.gpg doesn’t yet exist. https://pkgs.tailscale.com/stable/opensuse/leap/15.5/repo.gpg exists, so it’s likely just a (short) matter of time.
