convert a working API

• remove redirects and flash statements
• add status forbidden response
• add artist and shops

models:

• add CRUD for all models
• add missing relations
• add custom as_json functions

routes:

• add missing routes
• add appointment as a resource

migrations:

• number and consolidate migrations
• add missing references

seeds:

• add password to artist seed
