Improve CCB calendar integration for Events #14

[ ] Use CCB calendar API to output quick list of upcoming events and nicer-looking full calendar
[ ] Put URLs for event pages in event description
[ ] If URL is found, link event in calendar feed on website to that event page

Google has deprecated XML feeds, so displaying a custom-formatted feed of Gcal events on our website requires a new method of consuming their v3 API (JSON). The old Google Calendar EE plugin no longer works.

Implement a full-width design on the page with the embedded month-view calendar? Implement a custom view once we have a setup that can consume API v3?

Updated title and OP to reflect the move to using the CCB calendar functionality and moving away from Google Calendar.
