Automate e-news subscriptions #27

Currently, the e-news subscription form just sends an email to someone who then has to go into Fellowship One and add the person to the list by hand. It would be preferable to automate this, either by finding some API into Fellowship One, or giving up on Fellowship One as the email composer/deliverer and moving to a system like MailChimp.
