App doesn't run on Windows 10 v1803 #9

Application does not start, exception on startup in event monitor:

Good morning. We tried to reproduce your issue but we failed. Reproduction on a running 1803 installation as well as reproduction on a clean 1803 virtual machine failed.

I have the same problem with the ribbon
