No data in Mysql database cdrasterisk #12

After downloading Asterisk-cdr-viewer and modifying config.inc.php the 
Asterisk-cdr-viewer is not showing any data.

try to check apache logs and run mysql client with credentials from 
config.inc.php. Also you need to configure asterisk to store cdrs in MySQL db.

I managed to get data in mysql cdr database.
But when I open the webbrowser (http://ipaddress/acdr/ I only see my php file 
and not the template (see attached picture).
What's going wrong?
I am using Debian so I had to copy cp 
asterisk-cdr-viewer/contrib/httpd/asterisk-cdr-viewer.conf to 
/etc/apache2/conf.d instead of /etc/httpd/conf.d/.
And I restarted apache2 instead of httpd
