Recordings not showing up #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install software 
2.verify data is in cdr table (cdr records, filename, files in monitor dir////0 
3.run report, no file download icon appears 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

to be able to download the monitor recording

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

latest

Hi,

could you please provide one record from DB and full-file-name ( with path ) on 
file system ?
