Android 4.1 HttpResponseCache not work #151

1.11.0-beta

Java environment (e.g. Java 6, Android 2.3, App Engine)?
Android 4.1

Describe the problem.
For Android 4.1，use HttpURLConnection and set HttpResponseCache(since Android 
API13), can auto cache http request(json, png...)

Use NetHttpTransport, it not work.

How would you expect it to be fixed?
