Plugin will now try to add <html prefix="og: http://ogp.me/ns#"> automatically
Updated the Open Graph logo to the current version
Added height and width information, where appropriate
Added og:image:secure_url to YouTube videos
Added Locale information
Will try to pass along audio embeds

In addition, I have started to add basic support for Twitter Cards

Added support for twitter:creator and twitter:site
Added twitter:player for YouTube videos
Started to add twitter:player support for embedded audio, but Twiter's HTTPS requirements will make that more difficult than I had anticipated.

I apologize that this is such a monster of a pull request. I could easily break this down into a smaller pull request(s), if that would be easier for you to digest.

ToDo

Add Description
Find a way to add twitter:player support for embedded audio
Support more video embeds
Add a setting for changing the default image for a site
