Edit GitActions workflow protocol #13

Due to the upcoming extension of the project we need to separate workflow logic for master and release branches.

You need to edit buildAndDeploy.yml. After the work is done your new .yml should run separate instances of the application on Heroku and it should be deployed by images with different tags (master and release). These instances should use different databases also.
