It becomes harder to create projects inside of the autocoder project. IDE doesn't like. git doesn't like it. pytest doesn't like it. All of these can be solved but I think it would be better to user autocoder as a util that you can run in any repo. So instead of bringing your project to autocoder, you bring autocoder to your project.
