Removes (broken) additional solver tests. #58

Can we drop tests/solvers/test_solvers2.py and tests/solvers/test_solvers3.py? It seems that these are outdated (they fail) and also seem to have been fully replaced by the updated tests/solvers/test_solvers.py.

@artofscience can you check this assumption is right? If so, feel free to merge to delete those two files.
