Editing the `Plot` class to allow for plotting useful quantities #78

This issue refers to allowing to plot all sorts of useful quantities (e.g. KKT residual norm, design change norm, objective change, etc.). @MaxvdKolk will make the structure and I can implement the methods.

Unfortunately have less time than I expected on this. Unsure if I will get this done this week... Maybe @aatmdelissen could setup a layout for @Giannis1993?
