Additional Menu Items won't delete #56

The delete feature in the Grav admin console to delete Additional Menu Items does not work.

(Apologies if this is not the right way to report the issue. I was able to solve it by going into the hypertext.yaml file on the server.)

Hello @BennyM9. I can't reproduce this issue.

Which version of the theme do you have? If you know how to do that, could you open the console of your browser (in the development web tools) and tell us if you see an error when you try to delete an item.

I am running v2.2.3 but I can't reproduce either. I may have filed the bug too soon.
