swf is outdated long ago. should be removed

instead

webm should be added

also

avif and webp for images

no, because I'm not sure what I'mm doing, and you might have to fix after me. otherwise I'd pe posting PR's for this and that.

I...think...this file doesn't do anything important. It's gonna get cut from the next build. Thanks for the heads up!
