Thumbnail doesn't use designated header image by default #77

Instead the page thumbnail selection (when not specified) will default to using the default header image, which is the 1st image of the page.

It should fall back to the following:

  1. Use the designated header image, if available.
  2. Use the default header image, if available.

e.g. This does not work as you'd think it would.
