Make headless even more headless #93

You're still appending title to the page. Headless should literally be just serving the HTML converted contents of the markdown file and nothing else. Send content.

Just content.

I think I'm OK with sending the title. I don't see a reason to strip it off; if the recipient can't trim it away or ignore it, they're gonna hate parsing the md HTML.
