bringing in ArtPieceToken.sol
adding openzeppelin-solidity package
updating .gitignore (some things in here aren't relevant yet, but they will be soon, so might as well just include them, imo)

I guess if we're going to maintain the 3 separate implementations, it doesn't make sense to bring this code back into master. Personally I think the 'shifting' implementation is the most compelling for an MVP, happy to close this PR and just make PRs into that branch if that feels right

Looks good to me! The version we implemented for EthBerlin was the shifting version.

I'm not particular on the structure of the repo. Up to you guys!
