this PR adds :

move utils (such as Patchwork++) into dedicated folder
aggregated clustering implementation, comparison with non-aggregated clustering in the notebook "geometric_comparison.ipynb"
aggregated geometric clustering for nuscenes evaluation, currently using the same structure as Kitti_dataset.py thanks to nuscenes2kitti conversion

Due to lack of camera support in nuscenes2kitti, we will switch back to the normal nuscenes format. New PR will be created
