Fix CircleCI build #26

When executing

mvn install dependency:go-offline -Dmaven.test.skip=true

We got an Error

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:3.1.2:go-offline (default-cli) on project beer-order-service: org.eclipse.aether.resolution.DependencyResolutionException: Could not find artifact com.github.JensPiegsa:wiremock-extension:jar:0.4.0 in central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2)
