Collapse border between (+) and (-), alpha bg #59

Right now both (+) and (-) have a 1px border, so where they bump together it's 2px.

And let the image come through the controls a bit, it's more interesting than #222

Yeah, let's do it. And let's make all icon borders 2px.

2px border on everything, translucent noteMarkers as well. Look good to you?

2px on the detail markers looks really strong. But that's probably a good thing? Push and let's give it some time to stew.
