Find out the person from conference who has functioning IIIF server and get Lume to work with it.

minor progress on this - here's a IIIF endpoint with access to Mia's "primary artwork" images https://iiif.dx.artsmia.org/529.jpg/full/,500/0/primitive:5,100,255.gif
