Shell-scripts don't execute #122

I am using jWebSockets version 0.10 in Ubuntu Linux. Immediately after 
downloading the distribution, when I tried executing _bin/jWebSocketServer.sh_, 
I found the following issues:

  # The file format is in DOS ending with CRLF.
  # The first line does not specify the shell
  # The path-separator used is back-slash instead of the forward one.

I checked out the project code so that I can share this patch, but I did not 
find these _.sh_ files committed in the svn.
