Remove artwork images from artist pages.

The theory is that artist pages take precedence and images on artworks pages aren't being indexed. However if the artist's artworks are below the fold, those do get indexed and represent a 70,000 ite subset of our 500,000+ artworks.

• [x] Generate a set of sitemaps partitioned by artist, eg. sitemaps-images-andy-warhol.xml instead of sitemaps-images-2017-03-01.xml, https://github.com/artsy/cinder/pull/151, https://github.com/artsy/force/pull/1168

• [ ] Remove artwork images from artist pages in Reflection for a controlled group of artists.

@dblock thanks for this! excited to test here and to brainstorm on artists we should pick going forward for step 1. going to loop in Nicolette! I think some of the same principles that we use in selecting our artists for outreach might also be helpful here.

I deployed http://artsy.net/sitemap-artist-images.xml with sitemaps for the top 20 artists (by number of artworks). Waiting on Google to report indexing counts.
