Desired experience: albums when created via folio should be associated with not only the partner but the user account logged in, such that when a user creates an album in folio and has connected to wifi, the next time that user syncs their app on any device the album should appear on that device as well. When an album is deleted it similarly should be removed from other devices upon next sync.
Notes:
This shouldn't change anything about the design or UX with albums in folio at this point in time
Gallery Admin A's albums should only sync to other devices that Gallery Admin A is logged into. Gallery Admin B if logged in would see their own albums.
Primary Wins:
allowing users consistency with albums across devices just like other content
not losing albums if they delete the app from one device
encouraging separate logins per gallery so we have a clearer sense of how many people per gallery are using the app
sets us up nicely to add album management in CMS whenever we're able to slot that in

sharing albums between users
concept of optionality between local (per device) and global (cross-device) albums
