[OSS Resources] add standard and wide keynote slides in 3 colours #84

README covers most info, thought I would ship a V1. Hit me with requests for different slides or changes. They don't have to be used, but if anyone feels like it when talking Artsy OSS, it may be fun.

I'll see if I can also standardise code blocks like the ones @ashfurrow used at try! Swift. Great example of how to show code when talking about it abstractly.

Will also make a code slide at some point.
