Editable Slugs #883

Be able to manipulate slugs. This would mean exposing the slugs field, which seems like idea we should at least revisit. I don't really see anything wrong in exposing this anymore.

@owendodd, do you think a new section the admin panel is the home for this?

Trying to think if we could add it to an existing section either on the admin panel or display panel. Not sure it needs a whole section.

Maybe we could add it as a field in the Magazine section of the display panel? Could see it living right below 'Magazine Description'
