Adds Unica77 to watt to be used in artwork list page header.

usage: font-family: $sans-regular;

Looks great, I'm merging.

As we discussed offline, let's file a follow-up to change the legacy name (in Watt and its consumers) for Avant Garde from $sans-serif to $display in order to conform better to our new Typography standards.
