Hi @JuanRamino . Thank you for your contribution. As I can see new makefile format was introduced only in v1.23.0 ~4 months ago. There is still a high chance that most of the users use an old makefile. So i think it will be better to keep both versions in doc.

Hi @arttor, It sounds reasonable to keep both version so I updated the README. Let me know if you want other changes
