Creation Date Display in Tool not matching KE record #46

This might be a problem with the export data, but if you look at IRN 1000968, it displays its creation date in the page header as 1914. We know for certain this work was created in 1915 because it was commissioned by the museum for the President's office. In KE, its creation date is 1915, and Earliest and Latest are set to 1915.

Not sure if this is a data prep problem, an export problem, a dates issue, or something else. All of the above?

Just in case you're curious, the provenance for this work was previously: Office of the President, Carnegie Institute, 1915; transferred to the Museum of Art, Carnegie Institute, 1934; Contingent Fund, 1915

Corrected to: William Merritt Chase [1849-1916] by commission, 1915; Office of the President, Carnegie Institute, Pittsburgh, 1915. Transferred to Museum of Art, Carnegie Institute, Pittsburgh, 1934.

Yup. That's a bug I need to fix. It's time zones, actually--the date of creation is in est, but is displayed in gmt, which is actually five hours earlier, and thus the day before, thus NYE the year before. 

Dates are hard.
