Can't select or edit fields other than initial party?

This may be an issue existing between keyboard an chair, but for some reason, I have this record up and can't get anywhere but Renoir's initial record. I can't click in to any other parties, and keyboard shortcuts don't do it either. I checked this against IRN 557 which has multiple parties and IRN 557 seems to navigate just fine.

I've refreshed and restarted, but same deal. Odd.
