Upgrade @material-ui/core to v5.0.0 alpha.22, the latest #14

I just upgraded Material UI 5 to the latest and it's now compatible with the latest @material-ui/data-grid@4.0.0-alpha.21 and probably others. I also upgraded shadow to get it all working.

I pushed a copy of this package to https://clojars.org/lhontau-ucf/reagent-material-ui but it would be nice to upstream it and make it available to everyone if the changes look good to you @arttuka. If not, let me know what I need to do to make this acceptable.

The newest Material UI is 5.0.0-alpha.27 so I'm going to close this PR and update directly to that version. Thanks anyway!
