LSF fixes #5

This has worked for me. I think the second commit is just correct for our cluster. It would be better to search all lines for the <jobid> string but my c skills are not good enough for that.

The suggested changes have been accounted for in the source, but the second commit was replaced by the search strategy suggested in the conversation.
