Update libmpdclient submodule url & fix playlists popup menu position #10

The libmpdclient repository has moved to Github, and the playlist popup was being displayed relative to itself (way off to the right of the player). This fixes both of those problems!

Thanks. I don't really ever use playlists so I didn't really know about the incorrect position.

For future reference, please update the CHANGELOG.md file when making changes. I made the update now but it's easier if the CHANGELOG update is in the same commit as the change itself.
