A message to those that are interested enough in the kmbmpdc project to open up the Issues tab.
I am currently working on the next major version of kmbmpdc: v2.0.0. This version will completely change the current user interface of kmbmpdc (if you can even call it that). Instead of the current three-button layout, the application will feature a full graphical controller with big cover art display.
I am also planning on adding some additional features that were not available through the old controller. In addition I am hoping to rework the code so it hopefully makes more sense and alleviates the build-up of technical debt. There is already a bit of both committed to the repository, so there is stuff to test already. I've managed to push changes four days in a row and I'm trying to keep the pace of making some changes every day.
You can test the next version by building out the v2 branch. If you are interested in testing the application but can't build the application by yourself for whatever reason, comment on this issue and I'll see if I can work out some sort of a nightly build system.
If you are interested in testing the application and have something to note for me, be it enhancements, bug reports or something else, open up a new issue and I'll sort them out that way. If you have something to say about the testing itself, comment on this issue. That way it's easier to see what the issue relates to.
