Tab Candidates: Create a filtering by current status #20

Main Flow: 1.user select a filter by status (New/ Accepted for the Interview/ CV-Rejected/ CV-Accepted) and enters the name in the search bar. 2.the system shows the result list cv-1-new

Done clone of branch merging_#19_and_master

Renamed 1 searchScript to VacanciesSearchScript.js. Created select to the filter of pages "Candidates". Added the CandidatesSearch.js script.
