Iraq IBAN Support missing #90

Can we please add support for Iraqi iban's

Yes I will add it to the next release

In case you need it soon, just fork the repo and add the definition. As soon as a new version is released, you can switch back.

Alternativ you can look for a fork, that already added the definition.
