REPL - input a empty line closes the REPL on Msys2 #1092

Describe the bug When I just press Enter on an empty line, it closes my REPL

Expected behavior From VsCodium, it just closes when I explicitly call exit function

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: win10/amd64
Version v/0.9.83 b/170

Well, that's weird! I have no idea why something like that would be happening...

I'll take a time just to search about nim-msys2 inter-operability, and look for bugs or how to solve it, I'll have a look on Arturo's codebase, obviously, to see why it works different on Msys even on the same OS...
