Thank you for this very interesting tool; it is a great supplement to the Lectronz web interface!

Please find here some comments / requests / questions following a first look-through:

  1. On the order form, City is on its own line with Country and Zip code on next line. It would for me be more logical to have City and Zip code on the same line, with Country on a separate line below.
  2. Order form / "Copy all" --> Great! πŸ‘ This will save me time during order processing.
  3. Order form / Shipping / Packaging: --> Great! I have been missing this functionality. In my workflow I sometimes prepare parcels in sequence as orders arrive, then ship when enough orders are ready. So I would like a field to track the status according my workflow.
    • I found that I can change the status to "Default packaging" by using the menu Order/Mark packaged (not very intuitive!). Could this instead be done with a dropdown-menu on the card?
    • Could there be a Setup-setting that allows user to define a short list of alternatives for this field, to tailor it to hers/his individual workflow? For my workflow that could be: Not started (default) / Goods prepared / Customs form done / Packaged for shipping
    • I cannot see a filtering option on this field?
  4. Does the API link to Lectronz work both ways, so I can insert e.g. tracking number in Lectronizer, and it will be transferred to Lectronz?
  5. Notes per order: --> Great! πŸ‘
  6. Sorry, but I don't understand the Packaging helper; it just comes up with an empty form. How do I use it?
  7. Looking forward to "Statistics" as indicated on Discord; I understand this is currently WIP? πŸ˜ƒ
  8. Maybe add "Items" to filtering? Would be useful for me!

Damn, May, it's been a while, sorry for the long wait time :(

  1. That was already fixed a while back
  2. :)
    • You can also right-click an order and change the status there. But now I also added a dropdown in the side panel!
    • Adding more status values is not trivial the way it is implemented right now, but I created an issue for that to look into it in the future, #19
    • You should be able to filter on Status values from the filters panel, is it not working for you?
  3. Yes, the shipping/fulfillment status and tracking is sent back to the website
  4. :)
  5. You need to have Paid, unshipped orders for that tool to display something. You can then filter on shipping methods and items to select which kinds of orders you want to pack right now. For example maybe you just want to package orders with the item X, but not Y. Or only orders that have 1pcs of X, not 2. The tool will compile a list of orders that fit the criteria and you can go one by one, package your orders and mark them packaged from the tool.
  6. Already there's been some progress.
  7. This is done now :)

No worries about the delay, I sent some of these on Discord - and you have fixed!

And before responding to the various points: Lectronizer is for me a great tool to manage my sales on Lectronz. My logistics would have extremely much more laborious if it wasn't for your great work here - so again: Thank you!!

Here goes:

    • Ah, yes - right-click works, thank you! But I see no dropdown in the side panel here (yes, latest build). I'm on Windows. I note that I cannot reverse this though. (I happened to test it now on a non-packaged order... πŸ˜… )
    • I have found a workflow that works well with the tool now, so this is no issue for me any longer.
    • Indeed, there it is! I must have been blind...

  5. Thank you for the explanation, I have open orders now - so I can see the window appears with information.

  7. Hmmm... am I blind again? This is what I see: image
