Missing CubeSurface fold/unfold implementation #199

Here is simple implementation. Didn't know how CubeLayout_LatitudeLongitude 
should be handled.

Thanks! That looks like a good start.

The LatitudeLongitude layout was meant to be a projection that maps constant 
latitude circles to horizontal lines, and constant longitude circles to 
vertical lines. In general I was thinking it would be good to have support for 
this and other common projections used in HDR light probes, see for example:

http://www.pauldebevec.com/Probes/
