No Devices or Entities After Adding Integration #15

Hi, I installed the integration and tried signing in, but all I now see is the entry with no devices or entities. I've tried removing it and signing in again, but still see the same issue.

Hi, I had same issue, I see you used Serial Number (as the readme/prompt says actually), however you need to use DSN#, string with Letters and Numbers only (taken from the app, not sure if it's somewhere on the machine).

I am currently having the same issue as above. Interestingly, I had all of the entities yesterday. Then, they all became unavailable. I deleted my information and started over. It says it was created but no entities. I even uploaded a backup from a week ago but to no avail.

Do you know how to resolve this issue? I have the common problem with no devices/entities when I added to Home Assistant.

I just reinstalled this integration after about a year of no longer using it and I'm coming up with the same issue of "No devices or entities"

I just tried deleting the entry as well as the integration from HACS, rebooted, reinstalled the integration from HACS, rebooted and then re-added the entry (with the DSN# and not SN). Still no love.

not yet as I see but I found different source code where someone has changed pulling data interval time from IQUA for each 15min and works fine. Let me find this branch and will share with you.

EDIT: Restarting HA fixed my problem.
