added a option to disable cloneCleaner by default #10

As other people said this is a awesome extension, but still it's a bit annoying that it is enabled by default. Added a setting for this. When disabled by default the extension is disabled and closed. When enabled everything as before.

@h43lb1t0 can you make a fork instead so we can minimize and disable it by default? seems like he's on hiatus in this project.

i needed to fork this repo to create my pull request (my fork). It can be minimized and disabled by default with my fork, but i'm not planing to continue developing my fork.

Edit: It's still open up at the start-up of the WebUI. can you minimize this?

Edit 2: nvm I changed my UI config before and disabled it from there. I didn't realize you added in the setting. cc
