Provide timed reminder/autoprompt #4

For example, show a Growl notification ("What are you working on now?"), or add an option to bring the window to front at preset intervals. ("Show MacTimeLog every [30 minutes].")

Good point, I was thinking about some kind of reminder too. I think Growl notifications is the way to go.
