Ok few things. CPU open-cl ins't optimal or supported. For this there are far better libraries.
Regarding Fiji GPU - it is one oldest arch tested. My lowest gpu I tried on was 560 (that is same as 4xx series, Fiji from what I understand 3xx series but I don't think there should be any issue with them)
