The draft must include:

The main layout of the book chapters translated to English, without the content.
Changes to the build scripts so the English version will be built along with the Russian version. The Russian version of the book must have name sparc.ru.pdf and the English version must have name sparc.en.pdf.

From what I understand first translating just the chapters then the rest.

[ ] followed by content

I created a new branch translation/en for English translation of the book. We'll be merging the branch to the master as soon as a chapter or two are translated.

I modified the Autotools scripts to build English version of the book. Also I added a separate section to check the build.
